can be resolved remotely, saving the expense of a
call-out!
All you have to do is call us on 01903 522273, then
when we can offer you the support, simply click on
the link below, install the plug-in that downloads,
and simply tell us the 6 digit Client ID you are given,
and leave the rest to us.
This technology is completely safe - the connections
are secure, and we can only access your machine with
your permission. You initiate the session, and once
terminated, the access is closed, and there is no
software remaining on your computer.
Remote access is simple. Since you initiate the connection,
there is no need to configure firewalls - neither
is there anything to install before you can use it.
