Whilst some problems need physical access to resolve
(or even a trip back to the workshop), many problems
can be resolved remotely, saving the expense of a
call-out!
All you have to do is call us on 01903 522273, then
there are two simple ways of allowing us to connect
to your computer - either click on the button below,
which initiates a chat session, or we give you a "session
code", which you just enter into the box below,
and press the Connect button.
This technology is completely safe - the connections
are secure, and we can only access your machine with
your permission. You initiate the session, and once
terminated, the access is closed, and there is no
software remaining on your computer.
Remote access is simple. Since you initiate the connection,
there is no need to configure firewalls - neither
is there anything to install before you can use it.

Remote access saves the cost of a site visit - a
typical session will only cost £25.00! (Any
variance to this will be advised at the time).
